Walking to Clarify the Facts About Dafa and Save People

(Minghui.org) I was fortunate to become a Falun Dafa practitioner in 1998. I recovered from illnesses, and realized the true meaning of life. I persistently do the three things well. I study the Fa, send righteous thoughts, and clarify the facts about Dafa to people. No matter how cold or hot it is, whether windy or raining, I go out every day; otherwise, I would feel that there was something important I had not done for the day. Clarifying the facts about Dafa has become a part of my life. Although I am 77 years old, I walk dozens of miles every day. Many young people may not be able to walk that far daily.

In the past two years, I have been walking with another Dafa practitioner, who is almost 70 years old, to the villages and towns in the neighboring counties on a radius of more than 100 miles. The villagers along the way and the drivers along the routes know us, and agree with what were doing. In particular, some drivers help by giving us rides.

I have been clarifying the Dafa facts to people for 20 years. In the first ten years, I usually spread the truth-clarification materials in advance, and would then talk to people a week later to help them withdraw from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). The truth clarification materials are effective tools. Generally, people agree to withdraw from the CCP after we talk to them for a short while.

In recent years people began to become more concerned about strangers knocking on their door after being told about children disappearing, fraud, or abductions from time to time. So, in the past two years, the other practitioner and I changed from going door to door to clarify the facts, to talking with people we meet along the way. We send righteous thoughts at 6 a.m., go directly to the destination, and clarify the truth to people on our way back.

We meet people who are predestined to hear the truth and who want to be saved by Dafa, including those who are taking a walk, going to the market, vendors selling goods, and farmers walking in the fields. The other practitioner and I cooperate very well. She is simple and pure, and has strong righteous thoughts.

Most of the time, I talk while she sends righteous thoughts. We talk separately when there are many people. As more and more people learned the truth, they have helped spread the facts to others. We got to know more people after visiting the areas a few times. When we go out, we help several or even dozens of people learn the facts about Dafa and be saved.

Walking Dozens of Miles

The other practitioner and I walk dozens of miles every day because public transportation in the countryside is not very convenient. Master sees our hearts to save people, and he often sends the predestined people to us to listen to the truth, and sometimes arranges for them to take us home. Some drivers kindly give us rides to our destinations or homes. We also take the opportunity to help the drivers and other passengers in the car withdraw from the CCP. The drivers like the car hangings, and some even asked us for clarification materials.

The joy of seeing people receive salvation after understanding the facts about Dafa is beyond words, and I sometimes cry for a long time. There are many touching stories, and I would like to share a few of them here.

A Memorable Time

The most memorable time was when we came back from clarifying the facts in Linzhen. We took a shortcut over the mountain and rushed back home. The weather was unusually hot, and we were thirsty and tired. Looking at the hillside in front of us, we were worried. At this time, a truck came towards us to ask for directions. They had come from Lin County to deliver beer. They thought they were familiar with the routes, so they were not using their navigation tool. They attempted to take a shortcut but made a mistake. They didn’t need to climb the mountain, but they took a detour of dozens of miles to take us home. Along the way, the two drivers learned and understood the facts and withdrew from the CCP youth organizations. They realized and said, “Is it your Master who arranged for us to take you home?” I replied that Master arranged for you two to hear the facts and be saved. Everyone laughed heartily, and were filled with joy and happiness.

Master Arranged the Destination

When we go out every day, we truly feel that Master has made arrangements for us, and is always by our side. Last June, we went to Linzhen to clarify the truth and then walked home, which was more than 20 miles away. A young man called out from a distance, “Come on, get in the car quickly.” I said, “We don’t know you. Where are you going?” He replied that he saw us two old ladies walking in the hot weather, and wanted to give us a ride. On the way back, the young man understood the facts and withdrew from the CCP organizations without hesitation.

Refusing to Listen to the Facts

There was a man who initially did not agree with the facts that we told him. We often passed by his place, so we told him the facts over and over again. He finally no longer objected, but still refused to accept the facts without expressing his opinion. Later, he heard from people in his village who had withdrawn from the CCP, saying that Falun Dafa was good, and that practitioners came to save people. He waited and looked forward to our visit. After a while, we went there again. He was extremely happy to finally be saved by Dafa.

Convincing a Predestined Person

One day in 2023, I went out to clarify the facts and passed by a cafe. A customer smiled at me kindly. I hesitated to talk to him because there were many people in the cafe at that time. After walking about 600 to 700 meters, I thought to myself: “This is not right. This is a predestined person. How can I not talk to him? He has been waiting for thousands of years, and is looking forward to Dafa practitioners saving him.” I immediately turned around in the shop, and found that only he and another lady were there. After I explained the facts to him, he withdrew from the CCP and reminded me to tell the lady about it. She also withdrew from the CCP. Everything was arranged by Master. I feel that I just need to go out and talk to people. All sentient beings are waiting to be saved. What can we not let go of?

Withdrawing From the Party

I went to Linzhen to clarify the facts about Dafa in 2022, and I met a man who had suffered a stroke. He was sitting in a wheelchair, and his wife was pushing him along the river.

I went over to say hello to him and told him the reasons for the corruption of mankind in the end times, the harm caused to the world by atheism and the theory of evolution, and the evil purposes of the CPP’s campaigns. He was a soldier and had joined the evil party. He agreed with the facts, withdrew from the CCP organizations, and also persuaded his wife to withdraw from the CCP.

We met again a year later. His health had improved a lot. He said that reciting “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good” was very effective for him, so his health recovered quickly. He also persuaded his daughter to withdraw from the CCP. Last June, my fellow practitioner and I visited there to clarify the facts, and saw him again. He and his wife had been shopping in the supermarket. His health had returned to normal, and his face looked rosy. He was very happy to see us again and was very grateful to Dafa and Master.

Getting a Ride

Whenever we couldn’t walk anymore, someone would give us a ride; whenever we were tired, we would wave and someone would stop the car. We rode in trucks, cars, tractors, tricycles, motorcycles, and so on. We knew clearly that all of this was Master’s compassion and encouragement. We just did our best without asking for results.

Every driver who gave us a ride learned the facts about Dafa and withdrew from the CCP. Some said, “Auntie, you have already helped me withdraw the CCP.” They didn’t know that I was almost 80 years old, but my body was similar to a 40- or 50-year-old, except for my tanned appearance. All of these blessings were given by Master.

Facing Difficulties

We also ran into difficulties when clarifying the facts however. Sometimes, we would be reported by people who didn’t know the truth. We were harassed by government departments and the police. As long as we have no fear, have righteous hearts, and know that we are practicing the universal principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance, and know that Master is in charge, we will naturally have confidence, and our words can suppress evil. The more people we speak to in more places, the larger the positive field becomes as well.

Reported and Harassed by Police

In 2022, someone reported my fellow practitioner and me to the police in a neighboring town. The police in that town didn’t understand the facts about Dafa and took me to the county’s Domestic Security Division. I wasn’t scared and told them the facts. Finally, the police in my town took me back and just scolded me for roaming too far, and asked me to stay in town.

In late 2023, more than ten people from the county’s Political and Legal Affairs Committee, the town government, and the police station came to my home while I was there alone. At first I thought that they had come to hear the facts about Dafa. I warmly welcomed them and took the opportunity to tell them the facts.

When the leader of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee said that Falun Dafa was not allowed, I said, “You have been deceived and poisoned by the CCP’s lies. This is an opportunity for you today. If you understand the facts, you will have a future.” I then told them about the “Tiananmen Self-Immolation” and the great spread of Falun Dafa internationally.

I also gave them the examples of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee secretaries of my county who persecuted Falun Dafa practitioners and suffered retribution. They were all shocked. They didn’t expect me to say so bluntly that they had been deceived and poisoned. Although they didn’t quit the CCP, they heard the facts about Dafa and said that they would go back to learn more. They asked me not to go out too far. When they left, in front of a crowd that had formed outside, I loudly told them to remember “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good” and “Withdraw from the CCP organizations for safety.” The villagers thought they had come to arrest me. After seeing this polite farewell, some of the doubts about Dafa in the villagers minds were also cleared.

Let Go of Burden and Worries

Master has arranged the path of cultivation for Dafa practitioners. But we must put down our burdens, worries, self interests, and sentiments, and get on with the journey without carrying such a heavy load. By cultivating our character according to the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance, we can walk the cultivation path well.

Promise Made

The situation in the world has changed a lot. Some people know what’s going on and say that this society may soon end. Sentient beings are anxious. As Dafa practitioners, we have no reason to seek comfort or be complacent. We have no excuse to neglect our responsibility to help Master save people. Everything has been prepared for us, and people are just waiting for Dafa practitioners to take action. What we do is also for ourselves. That is the promise we made in the past.
