Witnessing the Power of Falun Dafa

(Minghui.org) Another practitioner and I coordinated and clarified the truth about the persecution to people in person for three years. We found that many young people hadn’t heard much about Falun Dafa so we tried not to miss opportunities to talk to them. I would like to tell you how Master helped us avoid danger and about our cultivation experiences.

Using Our Powers

The first time I tried to use the powers Master gives practitioners was soon after the other practitioner and I started clarifying the truth. A police car stopped ten meters in front of us and two policemen got out. The other practitioner and I turned around and quickened our pace when we heard the policeman say, “Stop!” I told the other practitioner, “Leave quickly,” because there were several sets of truth materials in his backpack. At the same time I said, “Freeze! Immobilize them!”

When the practitioner was some distance away I looked back and saw two policemen standing next to the car, but they were not moving. So I walked away.

The second time I used my abilities was late last year, when I talked to a man in his forties. He reached for the key to my motorcycle, and I said, “Freeze.” He heard me but he pulled out the key anyway. I thought: “Why didn’t my saying, ‘Freeze’ work this time?” Then he said, “You can go to the police station tomorrow to get the key.”

The other practitioner was nearby and helped me by sending righteous thoughts. Something unexpected happened. The man threw the key at my motorcycle and hurried away without looking back. I shouted: “Don’t get involved in the persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners!”

Don’t Be Afraid

When I noticed a person standing in front of a store I remembered Master said: “...you can remove your fear and improve.” (Lecture Six, Zhuan Falun). I walked over and talked to him. As soon as he heard that I practiced Falun Dafa, he said loudly, “I’m a retired police officer. We recently had a meeting and we discussed Falun Dafa. Now you dare to tell me this!” At that moment the other practitioner came over to talk to him. We were not afraid. The man’s voice became quieter and quieter, and finally he left in a hurry without looking back.

The Power of Compassion

After I talked to a man and helped him quit the Communist Party he said, “Aren’t you afraid that someone will arrest you?” I said, “I’m a Falun Dafa practitioner. If we’re afraid of being arrested who will tell people about the persecution?” When I said this my heart was filled with compassion.

He said, “Don’t pass out anything. Stay safe.” I said, “You’re so kind. Please tell the your family what I told you today so that they too can have a good future.” He said, “Thank you!”

These are just a few examples. I know Master is the one who saves people and we’re just helping him. When practitioners cultivate well, which constantly improves and enhances their abilities, solidly believe in the Fa, and have strong righteous thoughts, they can accomplish their great historic missions.

Cooperating With Each Other

The other practitioner and I clarify the truth, learn from each other’s strengths, and encourage each other. I usually get straight to the point, while she talks to people gently and patiently. When people are willing to listen we talk more; If they just want to walk away we tell them the key points. When people refuse to listen we tell them: “Don’t oppose Dafa and you’ll have a good future!”

In order to clarify the truth we must be sincere and serious. I usually start by greeting the person and then saying, “Sir [or madam] I’d like to say a few words to you. I believe in Falun Dafa. Falun Dafa is righteous and is here to save people. Falun Dafa is practiced in more than 100 countries. Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is the characteristic of the universe. The ‘Tiananmen self-immolation’ is a hoax, and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) staged it to deceive people and to have an excuse to persecute Falun Dafa. Everyone knows the CCP lies. The key point is that no matter what natural and man-made disasters and plagues will come in the future, if you remember ‘Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good’ you will be safe.

“When we joined the Communist Party we swore to give our lives for it. People thought that joining the Party was a good thing. But it does not recognize gods and Buddhas. It is the opposite of the divine. When you joined you are in league with it, and gods and Buddhas will not protect you. When divine beings destroy the Party in the future if you’ve renounced your membership in the Party you’ll be safe.”

Then, I ask, “Has anyone told you about quitting the Party before? Please tell your family and friends that this is the only way for people to stay in the future. If you quit the CCP you’ll be blessed and have a good future.”

I often meet people who say that Falun Dafa practitioners are, “Engaged in a political movement,” or that, “The Communist Party gives me money.” Others say, “I believe in Christ,” or “I am a Buddhist,” and so on. The other practitioner doesn’t argue with them. Instead she asks, “Do you know that good is rewarded but bad deeds are punished?” Most people say that they do, so we give them a thumbs up, and say: “This shows that you are a good person, a blessed person. If you understand the truth about Falun Dafa then you will be blessed even more.”

If we encounter strong opposition we change the topic and talk about something else. Our positive energy will dissolve the evil factors behind him, and then we clarify the truth the person will listen. The two of us worked together and it worked very well.

The following are some suggestions on how to answer people’s questions.

1. When people say practitioners, “Want to overthrow the Communist Party,” we can remind them that “We have no military or economic power. We only tell people the facts. How many people have been killed by the CCP? Practitioners want people to know the truth because we want the best for them.”

2. When people say that, “The Communist Party gives me money,” we can remind them that the Communist Party does not work, does not grow crops, does not invent or create anything and the money you receive from them came from people’s taxes. So many CCP officials are corrupt which is why the Chinese people are under so much pressure and live so hard. A ruling party should manage a country well. So why is China in turmoil?

3. Regarding, “I believe in Christ,” we can say that it’s good to have faith. Master Li said that Jesus and St. Mary are also great divine beings.

If we want to clarify the truth well, we should repeatedly read the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party to make sure we have a solid understanding. When the other practitioner talks to people she thoroughly explains how Karl Marx aligned himself with Satan. Most people don’t know this but they are convinced when we explain.

We thank Master for his compassion and suffering. We will firmly practice and walk the final path of Fa-rectification. If there is anything not in line with the Fa in my article, please correct me with mercy.
