1. [Heishan County, Liaoning Province] Mr. Han Chunlong Under Restricted Control in Prison

1. [Heishan County, Liaoning Province] Mr. Han Chunlong Under Restricted Control in Prison

Mr. Han Chunlong has been detained at Jinzhou Prison since August 2024 to serve a four-year term. He was placed under restricted control for the second time on August 1, 2025, and also denied visits with his family.

2. [Haicheng City, Liaoning Province] Qian Feng Faces Indictment

Qian Feng, gender unknown, was arrested by officers from Haicheng City Domestic Security Division and Xiliu Town Police Station on June 3, 2025. Qian has been detained in the Nantai Detention Center since. The police have submitted Qian’s case to the Lishan District Procuratorate in Anshan City on July 23, 2025. Haicheng is under the jurisdiction of Anshan.

3. [Haicheng City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhao Junfang Faces Indictment

Ms. Zhao Junfang was arrested by officers from the Haicheng City Police Department and Beiguan Police Station on May 28, 2025. She has been detained in Anshan City First Women’s Detention Center since. She was found to have dangerously high blood pressure, with systolic pressure being 229 mmHg, yet Zhao Hong, head of the detention center, denied her request to be released on medical parole.

The Lishan District Procuratorate approved Ms. Zhao’s arrest on June 11, 2025. The police submitted her case on July 23, 2025.

4. [Qianguo County, Jilin Province] Ms. Qiu Yuanwen Harassed

The second daughter of Ms. Qiu Yuanwen received a harassing call from the Hongguang Farm Community Office on August 4, 2025, demanding she submit her mother’s recent photo.

5. [Bengbu City, Anhui Province] Mr. Wang Lei Detained

Mr. Wang Lei was arrested by officers from Zibo City, Shandong Province, in April 2025, for posting a comment on a TikTok video. He has been detained since.
