Closely Following Master on the Path Home

(Minghui.org) I am 73 years old, and started practicing Falun Dafa in 1995. For the past 30 years, with firm belief in Master and Dafa, I persevered through all the trials and tribulations, and achieved a new life. My outlook on life and the world has gone through enormous changes. I am deeply grateful for Master’s salvation, and am determined to diligently cultivate Falun Dafa to the end. I want to follow Master to return to my true home!

Master’s Grace is Hard to Repay

My husband and I read several of Master’s recent teachings. I was deeply moved while reading “The Ordeals Our Spiritual Discipline Faces” and “A Wake-Up Call.” I thought to myself, “The persecution of Falun Dafa hasn’t relented since 1999. In this society, with rapidly declining morality and people having no kind thoughts, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) desperately slandered and defamed our Master, and our Master endured tribulations that ordinary people could not imagine. Master endured tremendous pressure and difficulties to save us. Master created all sentient beings, and Master loves all sentient beings.”

While writing this part, I felt very sad and ashamed. Master picked me up from Hell and cleansed me with Dafa. To help me pay off the karmic debts that I owed through countless incarnations, compassionate Master took on and suffered enormous tribulations for me. However, I sometimes couldn’t keep in mind what Master has done for me. Once, while I was going through sickness karma, I uttered, “Why am I always going through karma elimination?”

I didn’t have any problem uttering this, but I realized soon after that what I said was very wrong. I was shocked for having this thought and broke into a cold sweat. I immediately admitted my mistake, “Master, I’m sorry. I was wrong.”

We have accumulated countless karmic debts through the long passage of our lives, owed to heaven, earth, the underworld, people, and gods, which we would never be able to pay back. To save us, Master took on the suffering for us and helped us pay our debts. We will never be able to repay Master for his compassionate salvation. The only thing we can do to be worthy of Master’s salvation is to diligently cultivate ourselves!

Diligent Cultivation

I read two lectures of Zhuan Falun every day, and I have memorized Hong Yin, Hong Yin II, and Hong Yin III. Guided by the Fa, I have achieved tremendous changes through cultivation and changed my entire worldview. I have changed from being a selfish person, to a selfless one who considers others first. I was destined to go through the cycle of rebirth, but have become a person walking on the path to divinity. Without Master’s compassionate guidance and protection, I would not have been able to discard many of my ordinary notions and attachments, and would not have been able to go through the vicious persecution of Dafa and kept cultivating to date. I am fortunate and honored to be able to cultivate Dafa in the Fa-rectification period!

Looking back on my 30 years of cultivation, I deeply feel that it is critical to keep diligently doing the three things well. Cultivation is a serious process of achievement and elimination. The old forces are watching every practitioner. They will take advantage of a practitioner’s insufficiency in cultivation to inflate their attachments and notions, and use every means to block practitioners from succeeding in cultivation. I understand that I must diligently cultivate myself all the time, must correct my every thought, word, and deed, and discard my human notions and attachments. I must conform to the Fa with my every word and deed to validate Dafa, to save lives, and to be compassionate to all lives.

Telling People About Falun Dafa and the Persecution to Save Lives

My son and I went to my niece’s wedding last June in another province. Before setting off, I put my hands in front of my chest and asked Master for strengthening. I said in front of Master’s portrait, “I am going on a trip. Please help me meet predestined people. I want to use all possible opportunities to offer them Dafa’s salvation.”

At the wedding reception, there were about a dozen people sitting at the same table as me. We chatted, and when we were almost done eating, I talked to each of them and told them about Falun Dafa. I also talked about the natural and man-made disasters facing mankind, and advised them to quit the CCP and its youth organizations.

They were receptive to my words, and seven of them quit the Party. One of them was a child, and one was a factory head. When they expressed their gratitude, I said, “My Master arranged for me to offer you Dafa’s salvation! You should thank my Master!” I know that this wouldn’t have gone so smoothly without Master’s help.

I went and talked to every one of my niece’s relatives about Falun Dafa and advised them to quit the Party. About 15 of them quit. Thank you, Master.

I once met a man on the way back from grocery shopping. He said he worked for the Public Security Bureau. I clarified the truth and told him that heaven will eliminate the CCP. I advised him to quit the CCP for a safe future. He quit all of the CCP organizations he had joined many years ago. He was happy.

While I was walking out of the supermarket one time, the cashier stopped me and told me that I forgot to take something I had bought. I thanked her and, taking the opportunity, talked to her about quitting the CCP for a safe future. She hugged me and said with smile, “Thank you!” I picked a nickname for her and helped her quit the CCP.

I went to buy clothes in a small store and saw five or six people there. I thought that it must be Master’s arrangement for me to offer them Dafa’s salvation. I told them about being a good person, and that based on my understanding of our traditional culture, women should be gentle and considerate, and men should be courageous and strong. I said that at home women should be good wives to their husbands and good mothers to their children, and one should respect heaven, earth, gods, and Buddhas, and be filial to their parents. I talked a lot.

They thought my words made sense, and one of them commented, “You must have a high-level education!” I told them that I had only a fourth-grade elementary school education. The response was, “We have never heard of these [things you told us] before.”

I said, “I believe in Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. I practice Falun Dafa. Master teaches us to be good people. Master also teaches us to be considerate of others, to be detached from fame and gain, not to fight with others over personal interests, and to be tolerant when facing conflict.” They agreed with my words and all quit the CCP after I clarified the truth.

I have experienced many of these kinds of situations. People are awakening and are coming to understand that Falun Dafa is good and Dafa practitioners are saving lives. People are waiting for Dafa’s salvation. As long as we go out to talk to people, people will quit the CCP and its youth organizations.

When I told them to recite “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good” in the face of disaster, they all agreed. I told them, “Money cannot buy life. No matter how much money, power, and houses one has, if life is gone, isn’t it all over? Only by sincerely reciting ‘Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good’ can one receive heaven’s blessing. Please remember this.”

Conclusion

Fa-rectification is close to completion. The remaining time has been extended by Master with great endurance. As Dafa practitioners, we should understand the urgency of time, truly cultivate ourselves, do the three things diligently, and follow Master back to our real heavenly home.
