1. [Songming County, Yunnan Province] Ms. Xu Chunfeng Facing Trial

Ms. Xu Chunfeng was scheduled to appear in Yiliang County Court at 9 a.m. on September 16, 2025.

2. [Longkou City, Shandong Province] Four Practitioners Facing Trial

Ms. Cui Xiuju, Ms. Liu Haiyan, Ms. Li Yufang, and Ms. Luan Yanping were indicted by prosecutor Lu Shasha of the Longkou City Procuratorate on August 22, 2025. They are now facing trial by the Longkou City Court.

3. [Linghai City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Jiang Nan and His Mother Ms. Lu Suping Facing Indictment

The case against Mr. Jiang Nan and his mother Ms. Lu Suping was submitted to the Procuratorate on September 2, 2025.

4. [Jing County, Hebei Province] Ms. Chen Jing and Ms. Zhang Jingru Arrested

Ms. Chen Jing and Ms. Zhang Jingru were arrested at the Jing County Farmers’ Market on the morning of August 28, 2025.

5. [Jinyun County, Zhejiang Province] Ms. Mei Yuping Arrested

Ms. Mei Yuping from Dongfang Town was arrested in late August 2025. She was taken to a brainwashing center.

6. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia] Ms. Zhen Yuxia Arrested

Ms. Zhen Yuxia, around 56, was arrested by officers from the Baarin Left Banner Police Department on September 4, 2025.

7. [Beijing] Ms. Hao Ruihua Under Residential Surveillance

Ms. Hao Ruihua was monitored and followed by people hired by the Tianningsi Police Station from the evening of September 2 to early morning of September 4, 2025.

8. [Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Xiong Huaying, Ms. Liu Runbao, and Ms. Yuan Fengmei visited Ms. Yu Cuihua on the morning August 16, 2025. Officers from the Baihuazhou Police Station broke in around 8 a.m. when they were about to leave. They were all released later that day.

The police attempted to detain Ms. Liu, but relented after she was denied admission by the Nanchang City Detention Center due to dangerously high blood pressure.

9. [Hengshan County, Hunan Province] Ms. Wang Meiying Released After Four Years in Prison

Ms. Wang Meiying was arrested at home on September 8, 2020, by officers from the Hengshan County and Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. She was later sentenced to four years in prison and served time in a prison in Guangzhou. She was released on September 7, 2024.

10. [Hengshan County, Hunan Province] Ms. Bian Xuemei to Be Released After Serving a Five-Year Term

Ms. Bian Xuemei was arrested on September 8, 2020 and later sentenced to five years. She is scheduled to be released from the Hunan Province Women’s Prison in the capital of Changsha on September 21, 2025.

11. [Changsha City, Hunan Province] Mr. Han Xuezhi to Be Released After Serving a Seven-Years Term

Mr. Han Xuezhi, a native of Hebei Province, was arrested on November 1, 2018 at work in Changsha City. He was later sentenced to seven years in prison. He is scheduled to be released from the Wangling Prison in Hunan Province on October 31, 2025.

12. [Beijing] Mr. Wang Hongwei Detained

Mr. Wang Hongwei from Tongzhou District was arrested on July 20, 2025. He was released on August 31, 2025.

13. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. E Fujun Arrested

Mr. E Fujun from Huanggu District was arrested by officer Zhao from the Huanggu District Police Department. Zhao later searched the home of Mr. E’s mother and confiscated two Falun Gong books. Mr. E’s mother, Ms. Mo Fengyun, has also been persecuted because of practicing Falun Gong.

14. [Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Zhou Li Detained

Ms. Zhou Li, nearly 60, was arrested at home by officers from the Shangrao City Domestic Security Division on March 17, 2025. She refused to answer questions about other practitioners during the interrogation. She was first detained in the Shangrao City Detention Center and later transferred to the Guangfeng Detention Center.

15. [Shahe City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wu Xiaoxia Arrested

Ms. Wu Xiaoxia went to Yongnian District to talk to people about Falun Gong on the afternoon of September 3, 2025. Her family received a call from the Yongnian District Police Department around 9 p.m., informing them that Ms. Wu was arrested and held in the police department.

16. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Chang Yafen, her sister Ms. Chang Yahua and Ms. Wang Yafang were arrested at their respective homes by Buhai Police Station officers around 9 a.m. on August 28, 2025. In the two sisters’ home, the police confiscated their Falun Gong books, laptop, over 20,000 yuan in cash, and other personal belongings. In Ms. Wang’s home, the police confiscated several Falun Gong books and three flash drives.

Ms. Wang was released from the Changchun City Lockup on September 3, 2025. Ms. Chang Yahua is still held in the Changchun City Lockup. Ms. Chang Yafen’s situation is unknown.

17. [Dingxing County, Hebei Province] Mr. Xu Jinhai Detained

Mr. Xu Jinhai was arrested in early August 2025. He was given 10 days in Daigou Lockup. Three other practitioners were also detained there.

18. [Laixi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Xu Aiqing Detained

Ms. Xu Aiqing, in her 70s, was arrested on the morning of September 5, 2025 for putting up stickers about Falun Gong. She is held in the Sunshou Town Police Station.

19. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Lirong Arrested

Ms. Wang Lirong was arrested by Baogong Street Police Station officers on August 14, 2025. She has been released.
