1. [Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Wang Meirong and Ms. Li Hua Held in Detention Center
2. [Wuqiang County, Hebei Province] Ms. Guo Guihua Harassed
3. [Handan City, Hebei Province] Mr. Wei Baoquan Arrested

1. [Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Wang Meirong and Ms. Li Hua Held in Detention Center

Ms. Wang Meirong and Ms. Li Hua were arrested by Taoyuan Road Police Station officers on September 18, 2026. Both practitioners are currently held at the Yanta District Detention Center.

2. [Wuqiang County, Hebei Province] Ms. Guo Guihua Harassed

Officers from Zhouwo Police Station called Ms. Guo Guihua’s son in mid-September 2026. They ordered him to make a video call with Ms. Guo and send screenshots to them. It’s unclear whether Ms. Guo’s son complied.

3. [Handan City, Hebei Province] Mr. Wei Baoquan Arrested

Mr. Wei Baoquan was arrested on September 23, 2026. He was released from the lockup on October 3.
