Falun Dafa Saved My Father from Multiple Organ Failure

One night in early December 2022, my father suddenly developed severe abdominal pain. He was rushed to the hospital, where tests revealed that he was suffering from multiple organ failure. Doctors inserted a breathing tube and three other tubes into his abdomen. He was unable to eat or drink, and could only receive nutrition through an IV. He was in terrible pain.

Later, fluid accumulated in his lungs and needed to be drained. The doctor suggested making another incision in his back, as it would help the fluid drain faster.

My father asked, “If you make a hole in my back, can you guarantee that I will get better?”

The doctor replied, “We can only give it a try.”

“What is the point to make another hole in my body? I already have three tubes in the front, how am I supposed to sleep with another one in the back? I do not want to continue the treatment,” said my father.

Later, the doctor told us, “Given your father’s condition, it is only a matter of time. He may pass away before or after the new year.”

I practice Falun Dafa, and a fellow practitioner told my father that only Master Li, the founder of the practice, could save him and suggested he listen to Master’s lectures and sincerely recite the auspicious phrases, “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” Desperate for help, and feeling hopeless, my father agreed.

Each day, as soon as he woke up, my father listened to Master’s lectures. Gradually, he began to eat again. The amount of black fluid draining from his stomach became less day by day, and its color gradually became lighter. Then, one day, the tubes fell out one by one.

When my father saw this happening, he became worried and called to ask what he should do. I told him, “It is a good thing. Master has saved you. You are fine.”

Later, when he went back to the hospital for a follow-up exam, the doctor was surprised to see him. “You’re still alive?” he asked, “How did you get better? How come you’re fine now?” My father replied, “I listened to recordings every day.” Unfortunately, he didn’t mention that he had been listening to the teachings of Dafa. Regardless, the doctor called his recovery a miracle.

Fishbone Stuck in Throat Disappears After Reciting Auspicious Phrase

There was a customer who often visited my store. I had previously explained Falun Dafa to him, and explained that it teaches people to be good by following the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. I told him that Falun Dafa has spread to more than 100 countries around the world, where it is respected and welcomed by people. However in China, practitioners are slandered, persecuted, tortured, and forced to do hard labor—with many losing their lives to the state-supported forced organ harvesting program.

As he was leaving, I reminded the customer to remember the auspicious phrases, “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” I told him, “If you recite these words sincerely, you will be blessed and protected from great calamities.”

Six months later, he returned and excitedly told me that something truly amazing had happened to him.

He had returned to his hometown in the countryside for work. One day, while eating a meal, a fishbone became lodged in his throat. The pain was excruciating, and the bone would neither go up nor down. He tried various methods to dislodge it, but nothing worked.

After suffering for more than two hours, he decided to seek help from a local man who was known for his traditional tricks and skills.

Halfway there, he suddenly remembered the auspicious phrases I had reminded him to say. He began silently repeating, “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.”

After repeating the phrases just a few times, the pain disappeared. He tried swallowing several times, and sure enough, the pain was gone! The fishbone seemed to have simply disappeared.

He could hardly believe what had happened.

He told me that if he had not experienced it himself, he would never have believed in the power of sincerely reciting the auspicious phrases. He said that Falun Dafa was truly wonderful and miraculous.

I took the opportunity to tell him about withdrawing from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations. He said that he had only attended elementary school, but he knew that the CCP had carried out countless political campaigns and caused the deaths and suffering of many people. He said it was extremely evil and brutal.

He happily agreed to withdraw from the Young Pioneers. I was happy for him and his wise decision.
