(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 9 cities or counties in 3 provinces, where at least 15 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

1. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Mr. Lyu Jie and His Wife, Ms. Zhang Xueyan, Detained
2. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Mr. Han Zijun and Ms. Ai Weixia Arrested
3. [Beijing] Ms. Wang Chaoying Detained
4. [Laishui County, Hebei Province] Mr. Wei Yourong Arrested
5. [Wuji County, Hebei Province] Ms. Yu Xiangyue and Ms. Liu Suran Harassed
6. [Ren County, Hebei Province] Ms. Yang Jiaojiao Arrested
7. [Laixi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Jiang Lianying Harassed
8. [Botou City, Hebei Province] Five Practitioners Harassed
9. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Dongjing Detained

1. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Mr. Lyu Jie and His Wife, Ms. Zhang Xueyan, Detained

Mr. Lyu Jie and his wife, Ms. Zhang Xueyan, were arrested on September 10, 2026. They were recently placed under formal arrest.

2. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Mr. Han Zijun and Ms. Ai Weixia Arrested

Mr. Han Zijun was arrested at Ms. Ai Weixia’s orchard on October 19, 2026, by officers from the Xiaogezhuang Township Police Station. His home was then ransacked. The police confiscated many Falun Gong books and the photo of Falun Gong’s founder. Mr. Han has been detained at the Fengrun District Detention Center.

Ms. Ai’s home was also ransacked by police. The officers confiscated two laptops, four printers, and over ten boxes of informational materials about Falun Gong. Ms. Ai has been forced to live away from home to avoid further persecutions.

3. [Beijing] Ms. Wang Chaoying Detained

Ms. Wang Chaoying, 72, was arrested at home on August 30, 2026, to serve a 2.5-year term she was given in 2021. She was first held at the Changping District Detention Center and transferred to the Beijing Women’s Prison on September 28.

4. [Laishui County, Hebei Province] Mr. Wei Yourong Arrested

Mr. Wei Yourong was arrested on August 18, 2026.

5. [Wuji County, Hebei Province] Ms. Yu Xiangyue and Ms. Liu Suran Harassed

Ms. Yu Xiaoyue’s home was ransacked by officers from the Guozhuang Township Police Station in September 2025. They confiscated a dozen of Falun Gong books.

Ms. Liu Suran’s home was also ransacked on the same day. The police confiscated two Falun Gong books and the photo of Falun Gong founder, as well as tearing off a few wall posters.

6. [Ren County, Hebei Province] Ms. Yang Jiaojiao Arrested

Ms. Yang Jiaojiao was arrested at home by officers from the Longyao County Domestic Security Office on October 16, 2026.

7. [Laixi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Jiang Lianying Harassed

Ms. Jiang Lianying was harassed at home by Yuanshang Police Station officers on October 18, 2026. They took photos of her against her will.

8. [Botou City, Hebei Province] Five Practitioners Harassed

Ms. Chen Zhihui and Ms. Tian Guiling were harassed at their respective homes on September 2, 2026, by three officers and a local village official. They photographed and videotaped the practitioners.

Ms. Zhang Shuqing was harassed a home by three officers and local village officials on September 27, 2026. She was also photographed against her will.

Mr. Han Fuyu was harassed at home by two officers and a local village official on September 30, 2026. The same two officers harassed him again on October 9, 2026, and confiscated a Minghui Weekly magazine.

Ms. Xu Jinying was harassed at home by three officers on October 9, 2026. They took photos of Ms. Xu. The police returned the next day, and confiscated a photo of Falun Gong’s founder, a calendar, and a laminated picture. They also tore some pictures off the wall.

9. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Dongjing Detained

Ms. Liu Dongjing, 66, was arrested at home on October 12, 2026, by officers from the Wangjia Police Station and Liaoning Provincial Public Security Department. They ransacked her home and confiscated a computer and some Falun Gong books. It is unknown where Ms. Liu is currently detained.
