1. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Mr. Dong Shengyun Detained
2. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zhou Chuanying Sentenced to Seven and a Half Years in Prison
3. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Mr. Su Arrested
4. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Sun Aihua Arrested
5. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Arrested in a Police Sweep, Five Released and Two Remain Detained

1. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Mr. Dong Shengyun Detained

Mr. Dong Shengyun was arrested by three officers from the Fushan Road Police Station on July 20, 2026. The police confiscated Falun Gong books, a media player, and a laptop computer. He is currently being detained in the Qingdao City Second Detention Center.

2. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zhou Chuanying Sentenced to Seven and a Half Years in Prison

Ms. Zhou Chuanying was admitted to the Heilongjiang Province Women’s Prison on July 10, 2026, to serve a seven and a half-year sentence.

3. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Mr. Su Arrested

Mr. Su, first name unknown, was arrested around July 13, 2026.

4. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Sun Aihua Arrested

Ms. Sun Aihua, 73, was arrested at her vegetable stall on the morning of July 14, 2026. Her home was ransacked, and the Falun Gong books were confiscated. She was taken to the Dajiawa Police Station for interrogation, fined 1,000 yuan, and released in the afternoon.

5. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Arrested in a Police Sweep, Five Released and Two Remain Detained

Among the practitioners who were arrested during a police sweep between June 9 and 11, 2026, Ms. Miao Yongli, Ms. Zhang Xiujuan, Ms. Zhang Shufen, Ms. Wang Chunfang, and Ms. Jiang Yufeng were released on bail on July 17, 2026. Mr. Ma Jingjie was issued a formal arrest warrant. Ms. Wang Shouhua remains detained at the Tangshan City First Detention Center.
