(Minghui.org) Minghui.org previously reported that at least 25 Falun Gong practitioners were still held at the Gansu Province Women’s Prison as of January 2025.
Twelve of these practitioners are confirmed to remain jailed to this day, including Ms. Liang Ailing (#6), Ms. Wang Ling (#7), Ms. Zhang Ping (#10), Ms. Zhang Ping (#13), Ms. Xie Guifang (#14), Ms. Liu Guifang (#15), Ms. Wu Yuying (#16), Ms. Liu Wanqiu and her daughter Ms. Liu Lei (#17-18), Ms. Liu Yuqin (#19), Ms. Cui Jianping (#21), and Ms. Li Xiaolan (#25). The case numbers referenced in the parentheses are those indicated in the previous report.
Additionally, seven more practitioners are newly reported to be also serving time in the same prison, including:
Ms. Wang Xinghui, 63, was arrested on March 8, 2024, and sentenced to five years at an unknown time. She was admitted to the prison in October 2025.
Ms. Zhao Zhuqing was arrested in March 2024 and sentenced to five years. She was admitted to the prison in October 2025.
Ms. Duan Lixia, in her 40s, was arrested around 2022 and later sentenced to five years.
Ms. Wang Haiyan, 77, is serving a four-year term, which is set to expire in March 2028.
Ms. Si Liping, 54, is serving a four-year term, which is set to end in April 2027.
Ms. Tu Yuchun, 72, was arrested on November 15, 2023, and later sentenced to an unknown term.
Ms. Li Tao, in her 40s, was also given an unknown term.
