1. [Haidian District, Beijing City] Several Falun Dafa Practitioners Arrested
In the past several days, practitioner Ms. Zhao Yan was first arrested when passing out truth clarifying materials and her mother was arrested soon after. Ms. Zhan Aiping and her son, Xu Chong, were the arrested, and the material production center was destroyed. Shortly after that Ms. Xu Kun and her over 70-year-old mother were arrested and taken from their home. Policemen ransacked their home and took away the computer, printer, etc. Ms. Yan Huiqin was also arrested on the evening of February 12, 2006, by policemen from the Qinglongqiao Station.
2. [Rongcheng City, Shandong Province] Ms. Tang Yunli Arrested and Taken to Rongcheng City Prison
CCP Sixth Village Secretary Yu Jianxiu (male) of Chengshanwei Town, Rongcheng City, Shandong Province, reported practitioner Ms. Tang Yunli to policemen of the town station. At around 10 a.m. on February 22, 2006, Rongcheng City 610 Office agent Xing Jianping (female) lead a group of about six people to break into Ms. Tang Yunli's home to arrest her, ransack her house, and confiscate her computer and all of her Falun Dafa books, as well as around 3000 yuan in cash. Ms. Tang Yunli has been detained in the Rongcheng City Detention Center.

3. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Xu Lai Arrested
On the morning of February 15, 2006, practitioner Mr. Xu Lai, an employee of the Navy Engineering University, received a phone call from the Neighborhood Administration requesting that he go to the office. Mr. Xu resisted with righteous thoughts. State Security Agents from Qiaokou District, together with policemen from the Hanshuiqiao Street Station and Neighborhood Administration workers, barged into Mr. Xu's home and arrested him. Mr. Xu Lai has been locked in the Qiaokou District Brainwashing Center.

6. [Jizhou City, Hebei Provice] Mr. Xia Shige Sentenced to Prison
On June 23, 2005, practitioner Mr. Xia Shige from Fengjiazhuang Village, Xuzhuang Township, Jizhou City, Hebei Province, was arrested when passing out the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. After being detained for more than eight months, he was sentenced to prison recently, but is still being detained in the Jizhou City Detention Center. On February 22, 2006, practitioner Ms. Wang Shulian, an employee of the Ningcheng County CCP School, was arrested and taken from her home by Ningcheng County state security agents. She is now detained in the Ningcheng County Detention Center.
8. [Yi County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Yang Shuzhen Detained
On January 17, 2006, practitioner Ms. Yang Shuzhen was arrested and taken from her home by policemen from Qianyang Township Police Station because she went to the county government to clarify the truth. She is now detained in Yi County Detention Center.
9. [Shanghai City] Practitioner Ms. Yang Xiuzhen (an Elderly Woman) from the Hongkou District Has Been Locked in a Brainwashing Center in the Qingpu District since January 29. No Information about Her Is Available
10. [Longkou City, Shandong Province] Many Practitioners Arrested Due to Pan Yumei's Report
"Collaborator" Pan Yumei (female), from Zhaojia Village, Dongjiang Town, Longkou City, has reported Falun Dafa practitioners many times. Practitioner Ms. Yin Shuxian was sentenced to three years forced labor in 2003 because of her report; practitioner Mr. Tang Zhuqiang was sentenced to two years of forced labor in 2004, also due to her report.
In order to brainwash practitioners in Zhaojia Village, Pan had one collaborator pretend to escape with handcuffs from the prison and hide in the home of two practitioners.
The collaborator lied and told the practitioners that she wanted to read the Fa and do the exercises, and then lead 610 officers to arrest the practitioners. These two practitioners escaped arrest but had to leave home in order to avoid being arrested at home.
On January 29, 2006, Chinese New Year's Day, Pan sent a cell phone message to 610 Officer Wang Qi that reported practitioners Mr. Tang Zhulong and his wife, Xie Yunlan. Police arrested Mr. Tang Zhulong and Ms. Xie Yunlan on New Year's Day evening and ignored the fact that Mr. Tang's mother had a heart attack because she was threatened. The couple is still detained in the Zhangjiagou Detention Center.

11. [Jiaozhou City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhao Hui Is Missing
Jiaozhou City 610 Office Head Wang Yonghai (male) has been openly passing out flyers, posting cartoons, and holding poster displays that slander Falun Dafa since he took the position about three months ago. He has also had many practitioners arrested.
Practitioner Mr. Zhao Hui has been missing since February 12, 2006, and no one knows his whereabouts.
12. [Hongjiang City, Hunan Province] Mr. Guo Qiping Arrested
On February 17, 2006, practitioner Mr. Guo Qiping from Hongjiang City, Hunan Province, was arrested and taken from his home by Political Security Division Head Zhou Wei (male) of the Hongjiang City Department and 610 Office Head Huang Lin (male). He is now detained in the Hongjiang District Detention Center.

13. [Pingyuan County, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Qinglan Arrested and Detained
On February 21, 2006, practitioner Ms. Wang Qinglan (an elderly woman) was arrested. On February 22, her family went to request that the State Security agents release her. The agents not only refused to let her family visit her but also locked her in a secret place. Her safety is now in jeopardy.
14. [Longkou City, Shandong Province] Sun Xuchao (male) Persecuting Practitioners
CCP Xiadingjai Town Political and Judiciary Committee Secretary Sun Xuchao (male) has ordered 610 Office policemen to ransack practitioners' homes without legal procedures.
The first time, he directed policemen to ransack the home of practitioner Ms. Guo Fuxiang, 76 years old, and beat her till bruises covered her body. (See http://www.clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2005/9/24/65244.html.)
The second time Sun Xuchao directed police to ransack several practitioners' homes on the evening of September 2, 2005. Policemen also arrested practitioners Ms. Wang Xiuyan and Ms. Li Renqing and had both of them sentenced to two years of forced labor.
The third time, on the evening of November 4, 2005, Sun Xuchao instructed Xiadingjia Town Legal Official Meng Zhiyi (male) to lead about seven workers and policemen to ransack practitioners Ms. Chi Guirong, Mr. Yu Xibo, and Ms. Li Mei's homes. They also arrested Mr. Li Shiyu and his wife Li Yuhua. Both of them declared that they had stopped practicing after the persecution began, and locked them in Longkou City's 610 Office Brainwashing Center.

16. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Li Guangwen, Transferred to a Labor Camp in Benxi City, Now Missing
Practitioner Mr. Li Guangwen from Lishi Township, Fushun City was arrested by policemen from the Lishi Township Station in February 2004 when clarifying the truth. He was sentenced to three years of forced labor after being detained for 15 days.
When he was in the Wujiapu Forced Labor Camp located in Fushun City, he was tortured until he was very weak and as thin as a skeleton just because he refused to accept the brainwashing or cooperate with the evil. He was transferred to a labor camp located in Benxi City, but his current whereabouts are unknown.
17. [Hebei Province] Ms. Ding Shumei Cruelly Tortured in Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp
Practitioner Ms. Ding Shumei has been imprisoned in the Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp since October 2005. She has been tortured severely because she is firmly cultivating and refuses to accept the brainwashing. On February 14, 2006, her hands were cuffed to a metal bed and she was brutally beaten. The guards said that one electric baton shock had no effect on her, so they used four electric batons simultaneously, each time lasting several hours, causing her skin to peel off and forming scars all over her body. She is still being tortured.
Those who participated in the torture include Warden Li (gender unknown); female guards Liu Huili, Shi Hongxia, and Wei Hongling; plus several male guards.
18. [Fuyu County, Jilin Province] Mr. Wang Enhui Arrested
On February 21, 2006, Dongyu Village Head Gao Dabo (male) from Yushugou Township, Fuyu County, led five policemen (three in plainclothes) as they stormed into practitioner Mr. Wang Enhui's home, broke the locks, took away Falun Dafa materials, and arrested him. Mr Wang' wife tried to stop them, but was knocked almost unconscious by policemen. Mr. Wang's current whereabouts is unknown.

19. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Xu Arrested and Detained
On the evening of February 23, 2006, practitioners Ms. Xu and her daughter were reported when passing out Falun Dafa truth clarifying materials on Shandong Street and Fuqiang Street. The authorities put them into custody in the Xinghua Police Station. They had Nine Commentaries discs with them. Her daughter escaped from the station.
20. [Miyun County, Beijing City] Mr. Li Hailin Arrested
On February 21, 2006, two policemen from the Henanzhai Town Station 610 Office arrested practitioner Mr. Li Hailin, who was working in the orchard. Police said they found two Falun Dafa books at Mr. Li Hailin's home. Ms. Zhang Xiuying and another male practitioner (name unknown) were also arrested
21. [Qidong County, Henan Province] Ms. Zou Died after Being Forced to Give up Cultivation
Ms. Zou Xiulian was 66 years old and lived in Luoyakuang, Zeshan Village, Buyunqiao Town, Qidong County. She started practicing Falun Dafa in September 1998. She used to have late stage diabetes and could not walk, could not eat much, and could not take care of herself. After practicing Falun Dafa, her diabetes miraculously disappeared along with most of her symptoms. She was very happy.
After the persecution of Falun Gong started on July 20, 1999, local government workers closely followed the CCP and Jiang's regime to threaten Ms. Zou. They told her she could not her practice any longer. If she did, they would have her two sons and two daughters-in-law dismissed from their jobs. They came to her door constantly and forced her give up the practice. Her health worsened, and she died in February 2000.
22. [Tonghe County, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Fu Hai and Others Arrested and Detained
Falun Dafa practitioners Mr. Fu Hai, Ms. Liu Ying, and Mr. Li Min were arrested recently. They were first detained in the Tonghe County Detention Center and then transferred to the Fangzheng County Detention. The details are unknown.
23. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Guo Chunfang Arrested When Teaching in Elementary School
Practitioner Ms. Guo Chunfang was a teacher employed by the Huima Town Second Elementary School in Daying County, Suining City. At 8 a.m. on February 20, 2006, when she was teaching her class, 610 Office Head Xiao (gender unknown), Jiang Qiong (female), and two others from the Suining State Security Division dragged her into a police vehicle and arrested her. No one knows where she is currently.

25. [Lanzhou City, Gansu Province] Ms. Liu Wanqiu Detained in Gansu Province Women's Forced Labor Camp
Practitioner Ms. Liu Wanqiu, in her 50s, was arrested by police from the Baiyin Street Station in October 2005 when passing out truth clarifying materials. She was sent to the Gongjiawan Brainwashing Center. Because she never gave up her belief and refused to write the three statements, she was secretly sentenced to forced labor and is now detained in the Gansu Province Women's Forced Labor Camp in Yuzhong County.
26. [Zunhua City, Hebei Province] Mr. Yan Fuxiang Arrested
On the morning of February 24, 2006, Xiliucun Town Government workers harassed practitioner Mr. Yan Fuxiang by illegally ransacking his house in Puchihe Village when no one was home. Mr. Yan was working, and his wife was doing business at the market. They arrested Mr. Yan at his workplace in the afternoon and put him in custody in the Xiliucun Town Police Station.
27. [Chongzhou City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Tian Biying Arrested
At around 11 a.m. on February 20, 2006, Chongzhou City State Security Agents arrested practitioner Ms. Tian Biying in the Dongmen Tibet Base located in Chongzhou City. Four policemen carried Ms. Tian onto a vehicle, ransacked her home, and sent her to the Chongzhou City Police Department.

29. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Practitioners Tortured in Xindian Women's Forced Labor Camp in Taiyuan City
Practitioner Ms. Ma Yueying has been sentenced to three years of forced labor because she is firmly cultivating Falun Dafa. While locked in the Xindian Women's Forced Labor Camp, she has been beaten, forced to stand for a long time until both her feet and legs are swollen, and subjected to sleep deprivation. Guards Liu Zhongmei, Meng Jing, and Shi Jian (all female) have brutally beaten Ms. Ma Yueying, and they encouraged prisoners to beat Ms. Ma as well. Ms. Ma is now forced to do labor 13 hours per day.
Practitioner Ms. Jin Jing has been tortured by being deprived of to sleep for several months. She was cruelly beaten because she shouted, "Falun Dafa is good" and "The CCP is a cult." Guards ordered prisoners to stuff her mouth with a dirty towel, handcuff her, and push her outside in the cold to freeze her.
Practitioner Ms. Li Runfang has also been deprived of sleep for several months. Drug-addicted prisoners dragged her down some stairs to beat her and knocked her teeth out. She is also being forced to labor for 13 hours per day.
30. [Tongcheng County, Hubei Province] Ms. Wang Huiyuan Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Wang Huiyuan is in her 40s and lived in the Tongcheng County Court Family Housing (in the same yard). At around 8 a.m. on February 21, 2006, Tongcheng County 610 Office and her employer, the County Court, arrested her from her home and locked her in the Hubei Province Brainwashing Center.

33. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Qiao Hongyan Arrested
At around 10 a.m., on February 23, 2006, policemen from the Tiedong Station stormed into practitioner Ms. Qiao Hongyan's home, claiming to be conducting an "investigation." They arrested her and detained her in the Nanshan Detention Center in Shulan City.
34. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Yu Fengling and Mr. Dong Quanhao Arrested
On the evening of February 20, 2006, practitioners Ms. Yu Fengling and Mr. Dong Quanhao from Gaoxiandian Village in the Fengnan District were both reported when passing out truth clarifying materials in Wanglanzhuang Town in the Fengnan District. They were both arrested by policemen from the Wanglanzhuang Town Station and are now detained in the Fengnan District Detention Center.

On September 13, 2005, Falun Dafa practitioners Mr. Qiu Jishun and Ms. Su Fengqin were both arrested by State Security Agents of Qingyuan County Police Department in Fushun City. They were sentenced to five or six years in prison before January 29, 2006 (the Chinese New Year Day) and they have both appealed their cases.

Practitioner Mr. Yin Anbang from Harbin City clarified the truth to his class at the Far East Institute of Harbin University of Science and Technology and was reported. He was arrested on November 13, 2005 and sentenced to four years in prison on February 5, 2006 by Daoli District Court in a closed trial.
39. [Hebei Province] Ms. Ding Shumei and Others Shocked with Electric Batons in Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp
On February 14, 2006, while detained in the Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp, practitioner Ms. Ding Shumei, 45 and a teacher from Zhangjiakou City, was reported doing Falun Dafa exercises during the lunch hour by "personal cangues." (1) Guards used electric batons to shock her with five batons simultaneously, and handcuffed her hands behind her back to the bed for an entire day. Most of the practitioners detained there have been tortured with electric baton shocks.

41. [Tumen City, Jilin Province] Ms. Jin Jingji Still Detained
Practitioner Ms. Jin Jingji from Tumen City was arrested and taken from her home in March 2004. She has been tortured in Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp ever since, even though her term ended on February 28, 2006. Guards again tried to force her to sign a statement to give up cultivating Falun Dafa before releasing her, but she refused. The camp administration called her family and said that her term was being extended and she would not be released.
42. [Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province] Additional Information on Ms. Wang Yanxin and Ms. Zhang Huiru
Practitioner Ms. Wang Yanxin is 43 years old and was an employee of the Jiamusi City Department Store since 1987. Many times she has received merit awards, such as City or Province Level Role Model and "Best Employee with Ten Moral Advances." At around 1 p.m. on February 20, 2006, 610 Office police from the Jiamusi City Department, the Xiangyang District Department, and store security arrested Ms. Wang Yanxin, took her from her work, and ransacked her home. She is now missing.
At around 2 p.m. on February 20, 2006, a practitioner saw a police vehicle drive off from practitioner Ms. Zhang Huiru's home. It is possible she was arrested.

43. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Dr. Liu Boyang Tortured to Death
On October 28, 2005, practitioner Mr. Liu Boyang, a doctor who worked in the Qianwei Hospital was arrested and tortured to death (see http://www.clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2005/11/23/67155.html). The Hospital Administration lied to employees in a meeting, stating that he had committed suicide. All of the hospital employees are still deceived.

On February 23, 2006, practitioner Mr. Zhang Zaiqi from Wujialouzi Village, Yang Zhuang Town, Yishui County, was reported for posting a couplet on the gate to his house that said, "Truthfulness, Benevolence, Forbearance is good." He is now detained in the Yishui County Detention Center.

On the morning of December 22, 2005, Changyi City 610 Office Head Chen Xiaodong led policemen from the Duchang Station to arrest practitioners Mr. Meng Qingwei and Ms. Jiang Xiuying, in her 60s, both from Nanpangmengwa Village; Mr. Zhang, in his 30s, and whose father's name is Zhang Jinyou, from Mazhi Village; and Mr. Shi You's wife, a hairdresser from Shijiazhuang who works in Changyi City. They also arrested Ms. Shi Lingling from her workplace and sentenced her to forced labor.

Another practitioner, Mr. Yuan Jingdong, in his 70s, was arrested on the same day but was released due to high blood pressure.

49. [Dingzhou City, Hebei Province] Ms. Liu Yueying Sentenced to Forced Labor
Practitioner Ms. Liu Yueying, who is in her 40s, lived in Zhaili Village, Ziwei Township, Dingzhou City, Hebei Province. She was arrested by 610 Office members before October 1, 2005, when a villager named Dai Haitian (male) reported her. She was sentenced to one year of forced labor and is now in the Balizhuang Forced Labor Camp located in Baoding City, Hebei Province. Ms. Liu Yueying has been arrested three times.
