(Minghui.org) I'm a doctor assigned to work at a hospital. I have witnessed many people benefiting after they heard the facts about Falun Dafa, agreed to recite “Falun Dafa is good,” and quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliates. In the hope that more people will change their minds about Falun Dafa, I would like to share a few of the miracles I witnessed.
Hearing Restored after Trusting in Falun Dafa
One of my patients, a man from a rural area, experienced a sudden loss of hearing and needed treatment. He told me that his hearing loss appeared to be genetic, as he was not the only person in his family who couldn't hear well. Out of five siblings, two had lost their hearing completely by the age of 50. He was worried and had sought treatment from many otolaryngologists for a quite a while, but with little success. He and his wife said that I was their last hope.
I thought that only Falun Dafa could help him, so I told him how good Falun Dafa was and why Dafa has been persecuted by the CCP. I explained that the Chinese Communist regime slanders Falun Dafa and poisons people’s minds through the media, and, as a result, people oppose Falun Dafa. I made him aware that Falun Dafa is welcomed around the world and many people practice it, with many having experienced improved health.
I told him that if he truly believed that Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance were good principles, recited “Falun Dafa is good,” and if he quit the CCP and its affiliates, he would experience something amazing. I made sure he knew that he had to be sincere about it and believe what I told him deep in his heart.
After they had heard the facts about Falun Dafa, he and his wife said that they believed that Falun Dafa was good and that they would quit the CCP and its affiliates. I was deeply moved by their sincerity.
Three days later he and his wife returned and he told me that his hearing had been fully restored. They brought me some homegrown vegetables and wanted to thank me. I told them to thank our Teacher and always remember that Falun Dafa is good.
Returning to Good Health after Surgery
A patient who suffered from fibroids came to see me. Her family couldn't afford the treatment, but she was getting worse, and when she came to the hospital for an exam, her hemoglobin was only 5G, which was very low. Surgery was out of the question, so we gave her a blood transfusion.
I told her the facts about Falun Dafa in the hope that she could accept it and she and her family could benefit from it. They quit the CCP and its affiliates and recited together, “Falun Dafa is good! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!”
The next day, her husband recovered from a sore throat. He asked, “Is that because I recited, 'Falun Dafa is good?'” I said, “What do you think? Do you believe it or not?” He responded that he believed it, and he wished that he had heard of Falun Dafa earlier.
His wife needed a blood transfusion to bring up her hemoglobin count. When it was up to 7 grams, they still could not afford the amount needed for the surgery. The family was willing to take the risk with a lower hemoglobin count. I lent the family 2,000 yuan in case she needed a blood transfusion during surgery. If the surgery was successful, her family would return the money to me. I told her to keep reciting “Falun Dafa is good,” and “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.”
The surgery was successful. The patient got up the next day and by the fifth day she was walking again. All the doctors said, “This is a miracle.” The patient was discharged from the hospital after one week and I gave her a copy of Zhuan Falun.
Cured of Cancer after Believing in Falun Dafa
I went to my husband's hometown in June 2010. I was told that my aunt had cancer and had only three months to live. She came to visit me and said, “If I die, no one will take care of your uncle and our children. What should I do?” I told her, “If you believe in Falun Dafa, good things will happen. You are fortunate because you have heard about Falun Dafa.” I told her the facts about Falun Dafa, asked her to recite, “Falun Dafa is good,” and suggested that she quit the CCP and its affiliates. She agreed to everything I suggested.
Earlier this year, I received a phone call from her. She wished me a happy new year and told me that she had a physical exam a year ago, and that she had returned to good health. My uncle was very happy.
