(Minghui.org) I started cultivating Falun Dafa during the time of the Chinese New Year in 1999, and my family members have also benefited. They have experienced many miracles along the way.
My Husband’s Feet Were Healed Without Treatment
My husband got a new pair of shoes in the summer of 2005. The shoes did not fit well, and he got blisters on the back of his feet from the wearing them. Both feet were completely swollen.
He scolded me as he walked into the room and said, “You sit there every day reading the Fa. If Falun Gong is so good, why can’t you treat my feet?” I said, “Falun Gong is good, but is not for giving medical treatment. You must believe in Falun Gong, then Master may protect and help you.”
I asked him, “Why don’t you go to the hospital?” He worked in a hospital, and it was very convenient for him to see a doctor. He said, “I have seen a doctor. The infection caused a red line which extends from my foot to my calf. The doctor asked me to be hospitalized for treatment. He told me that the infection, if it gets worse, could cause sepsis, which could result in amputation.”
I asked him, “Why don’t you check into the hospital?” He said, “It would cost over 90 Yuan for a bottle of IV infusion; it is too expensive.” I asked again, “Then what do you want to do?” He asked me, “Does Falun Gong really work?”
I said, “Yes. My Master told us ‘...with one person practicing, the whole family benefits.’” (“Teaching the Fa at the Fa Conference in Australia”)
He asked, “Really?” I said, “Yes.”
I asked him to repeat, "Falun Dafa is good! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!” to himself. That night he fell asleep while repeating the nine words.
The next morning he asked me to come in the room to look at his feet. I went and took a look. The swelling in his feet had disappeared, and the red line on his leg also disappeared. My husband said with excitement, “My God! It really works! I will keep reading ‘Falun Dafa is good! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!' from now on." He then went to work. He did not take even one day off work.
My Husband’s Back Pain Disappeared
My husband had a herniated lumbar disc for many years. He had an attack of back pain in the winter of 2005 and went to the hospital. The doctor had him take a CT scan, and the examination showed that all his lumbar vertebrae had problems. The doctor advised him to be hospitalized for surgery and said that if he doesn’t, a fall could paralyze him.
My husband came home from work at night and showed me the CT film, and he asked me what to do. I said, “You choose for yourself. He said, “I do not want to choose hospitalization and surgery. Surgery causes suffering, and I may be paralyzed because of it.” I then asked, “Then what do you want to do?” He said, “I’ll read ‘Falun Dafa is good!’ and support your cultivation.” Since then, he has never had back pain again.
My Son Woke Up
My son and his classmates went out to drink one night in May 2010. He returned home around midnight. He woke up after two o'clock and wanted to relieve himself. For some reason he urinated on the kitchen floor. I heard the rushing sound and got up, and I saw him urinating. I asked him what he was doing and he said, “No, I didn’t do it?” He went back to his room, fell into his bed, and went to sleep. After I cleaned the kitchen floor, I went into his room. I wanted to ask him how much he drank that night.
However, I suddenly saw that he lay in bed like a vegetable, without consciousness, although he was still breathing. He did not respond to whatever I did to him. I used a toothpick to draw on his soles, and I pressed his Renzhong acupuncture point, but he had no response at all.
My husband and I tried for more than 40 minutes, but no response. I asked for Master’s help, and then we went back to our room to sleep. However, I could not fall asleep and got up to do the exercises. After I finished the first set, I went to my son’s room to see him. I saw that he had tears running down his face. I got close to his ear and said, “Son, say, ‘Falun Dafa is good!' with mom; nothing can hurt you.”
As soon as I just finished reciting this, he raised his hand to scratch his ear. Soon, he sat up and asked, “What time is it? Is it time to work?” I said, “No.” He then said, “Why did you wake me up?” I said, “You lost consciousness for more than one hour. How much liquor did you drink?” He said, “Only six beers.”
My husband said, “Son, if we did not ask for Master’s help, you would have been done if you did not wake up in the morning. Do not drink anymore.” Since then, my son basically stopped drinking.
My Son’s Big Abscess Drained Without Medical Intervention
In the spring of 2011, my son had a perianal abscess. The doctor asked him to be hospitalized for surgery, but he did not want to. He asked me what he should do. I looked at the abscess. It was larger than a goose egg. I said, “You are not cultivating Falun Gong. You can make the decision for yourself.” He said, “I do not believe in the hospital. I believe in Falun Gong. I want to read the Fa.”
He then started reading Zhuan Falun. He read about twenty pages and then fell asleep. After he woke up he ate some food, listened to one tape of Master’s Fa lecture, and fell asleep again.
The next morning, I opened his blanket and saw that the abscess had broken; blood and pus started running out. When he stood up, the blood and pus ran down his leg and dripped down on the floor. I asked him to lie down on the bed; I squeezed the pus out of the abscess and covered the wound with gauze.
On the third day, my husband invited a surgeon from the hospital to our home. The doctor used a cotton swab and cleaned the cavity inside the abscess and asked us, “What medicine did he take? What injection did he get? Does he have fever?” I replied, “He did not take any medication or injection, and he has no fever.”
He then asked my son, “Do you feel any discomfort?” My son replied, “No discomfort, and I do not feel much pain.”
The doctor felt it was miraculous saying, “For such a large abscess and no fever, no infection, no injections, no medicine, this situation has never happened before.”
