A Chinese mayor confronted with a Falun Gong protest when he visited Vancouver is responsible for the arrest and sentencing of several practitioners. A Falun Dafa Association spokesperson said: “We want to convey a clear message: Persecuting Falun Gong is immoral, and all those responsible will be brought to justice."
“I would be paralyzed or would have died at a very young age if it weren't for Falun Dafa.”
Three men and three women have charged Jiang with false imprisonment, deprivation of the constitutional right to religious belief, and unlawful seizure of private property, among other offenses.
