When I Was Interfered with By Negative Thoughts

(Minghui.org) Many people outside China have been paying close attention to the coronavirus outbreak. My heart was also moved and I paid attention to unfolding developments. Shen Yun will come to our area soon, but I've been sad. I had some human notions and developed some negative thoughts.

All practitioners know that Shen Yun's shows save people. Every practitioner needs to use their wisdom to break through people's human notions and encourage them to see Shen Yun. My understanding is that this is a process of cultivation for us.

When I was interfered with by negative thoughts, I had the following experience.

I was at a shopping mall promoting Shen Yun. The news about the epidemic in China was being reported on the local media, and people were increasingly concerned. A Chinese man asked me about the show schedule and ticket prices. When I showed him the schedule in March, he anxiously asked if there were any shows in February. He said, “Any show in Los Angeles or San Francisco would be fine.” I looked through the schedule for California but only found one show in February. He said he needed to think about it, took a flyer, and left.

Actually many people understand deep in their hearts that watching Shen Yun saves them, and they are eager to watch the show and be saved. 

I followed the news about the epidemic for a few days. Then I told myself that I should stop feeling sad and allowing myself to be interfered with. I stopped watching the news and studied the Fa calmly. 

I had the following understanding: When the environment is depressing, Shen Yun’s pure and positive energy can uplift people's spirits, bring them hope, and comfort their souls. The moral standard of the Chinese people has been destroyed. Chinese society now faces a moral crisis, and people refuse to help each other. Shen Yun is helping restore mankind's traditional values and morality, and it is therefore very powerful!

Many people, including Chinese, expressed similar opinions after they saw Shen Yun. 

If we use our wisdom given by Dafa, this crisis presents us with opportunities to save people. Let's turn a bad thing into a good thing.
