Rectify Self and Cultivate Compassion While Eliminating Evil--Thoughts on the CCP’s Transnational Repression

(Minghui.org) Recently the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP’s) illegal agents in the U.S. abused the country’s justice system and carried out transnational repression against Falun Gong practitioners outside of China. I’d like to share some of my thoughts on this issue.

1. Practitioners in China Should Also Be Involved

Shen Yun and Fei Tian are ways Master uses to help practitioners save people. Master has no karma and His suffering comes from saving practitioners and sentient beings. If many practitioners in China slack off in their cultivation and suffer tribulations or are in danger, wouldn’t this add to Master’s suffering? It’s time for us to wake up and diligently progress.

Many practitioners in China ignore Fa study and stopped being diligent in doing the three things. They are trapped in work and family issues, spending little time in cultivation, and not behaving like practitioners. They wasted a lot of time because of their attachments, and some then became ill as a result.

2. Look Within and Be Compassionate

If not studying the Fa well, practitioners would act based on their preferences and notions without even noticing it. If this happened to the practitioners involved in media production, including self-media, their preferences would stir up conflicts, and trigger people’s negative thoughts or even lead to hatred. This may happen on a large scale, and could easily be exploited by those with an agenda.

Some Chinese practitioners, after they went abroad, think that they had nothing to be afraid of now and could write, say, or do whatever they like on their programs or shows. The venting of their preferences is not based on the Fa or compassion, but their attachments.

There are also practitioners in China who enjoy watching the shows produced by the overseas practitioners. They think the views expressed echo with their own notions, and forget that by doing so they also interfere with the cultivation of the media-producing practitioners. The practitioners forget that the time we have now is given to us through Master’s suffering so that we can continue to improve and save more people. They want the CCP to collapse badly and treat the persecution from an everyday person’s point of view. Think about it, if the CCP ceased to exist today, have we reached the divine standard and fulfilled our vows?

Of course the practitioners outside of China went through tough situations and difficult times in order to build the media platforms to clarify the truth. But we must remember to walk our path in an upright way. Correcting our mistakes and rectifying ourselves is improving in cultivation.

The Nine Commentaries aim to save all beings whose minds have been poisoned by the evil, which includes members of the malevolent CCP, those in the CCP’s most powerful organs, and the common people. The goal is to help beings in all spheres see clearly the factors behind the malevolent CCP.” (“We Are Not “Getting Political”,” The Essentials of Diligent Progress III)

Master cherishes all beings. He even gave Jiang Zemin (former CCP leader) a chance in the beginning of the persecution. As long as someone, including the current leader in China, does not stop people from doing good and choosing a good future, Master will keep giving him/her a chance. Have we thought that the recent persecution might not have everything to do with the current leadership in China, but also be a result of us not doing well, and are exploited by the degenerated elements in other dimensions?

3. Clarify the Truth to Expose Persecution

The laws are supposed to be a means to punish the evil and protect the good, instead of becoming a weapon against the good. Practitioners in the U.S. can, if situation allows, tell the government officials, legislators, prosecutors, or even the President how the CCP extends its evil arms overseas to suppress a righteous faith.

Practitioners in China must form one body with practitioners overseas. We should do the three things well, examine our attachments after the incident with Shen Yun, and rectify ourselves, so that Master does not have to shoulder more pressure for us. We should help by sending strong righteous thoughts to dissolve the negative elements in other dimensions that manipulate people to do evil, and wake more people up to the truth.
