(Minghui.org) Practitioners in central Japan held an event to introduce Falun Dafa by displaying banners, information boards, and distributing fliers near the Meitetsu Konomiya Station in Inazawa City, Aichi Prefecture on February 10, 2025.

The annual Konomiya Naked Festival, which has a history of more than 1,000 years, was being held that day. Many tourists came by train to attend the festival. An endless stream of people passed by the practitioners’ banners and learned about Falun Dafa.

Policeman and Citizens Encourage Falun Dafa Practitioner
When the activity first started, truth-clarification materials were passed out very quickly. Many elderly ladies took fliers and asked what it was about. The practitioners told them about Falun Dafa, a traditional Chinese practice that guides practitioners to follow the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance to become better people. They explained that practicing improves one’s health, and Falun Dafa is now practiced in more than 100 countries around the world. Many people told practitioners, “Thank you for your hard work on such a cold day!”
A man who looked to be about 60 years old told practitioners that he saw practitioners in Nagoya before. Another man said that he saw Falun Dafa practitioners clarifying the truth about the persecution every year.
Three men talked with practitioner Ms. Li. When they learned that she was just a volunteer, they were very moved and offered her some sweet potato chips. Ms. Li appreciated their kindness but would not accept them. She said that she only hoped that everyone could understand the truth and have a bright future. Before leaving, the three gentlemen said, “Keep it up!”
A police officer bought hot tea for the practitioners. He told them, “The weather is very cold. Drink it while it’s hot and warm yourself up. Keep going!”
“I Admire You for Spreading the Truth in this Way!”
A man in his 40s looked at the display boards for a long time and asked why the display boards were placed in front of Konomiya Station. A practitioner gave him a detailed introduction to Falun Dafa and talked about how many people practiced it in China before 1999. Since the number of practitioners exceeded the number of Chinese Communist Party (CCP) members, former CCP head Jiang Zemin, out of personal jealousy, felt that Falun Dafa was competing with the Party. In 1999, he launched a persecution against Falun Dafa. The practitioner then told the man that the CCP even conducts forced organ harvesting of prisoners of conscience, for profit.
The man said he also knew that the CCP advocates atheism and suppresses all religions and beliefs in the country. After he learned more about Falun Dafa, he said, “It may be difficult for the CCP to collapse soon, but I admire you from the bottom of my heart, and I admire you for spreading the truth in this way!”

People Hope the CCP Stops Persecuting Falun Dafa
Three Western men who looked to be in their 60s or 70s passed by the banner in the afternoon. They accepted some fliers and went on to watch the festival activities.
When they came back, a practitioner talked to them in English and learned that they were all from the UK, had been working and living in Japan for decades, and one of them taught at a Japanese university. They asked why the CCP persecuted Falun Dafa. When the practitioner explained why, they said they felt it was sad. One of the men asked if practitioners could go to China. When they learned that practitioners could not safely return to China, they said they hoped that the CCP would immediately stop the persecution.
Before leaving, they wished practitioners good luck and the practitioner also wished them the same.
