(Minghui.org) I’ve practiced Falun Dafa for a long time, but when I read the Fa today, I suddenly realized that my human mindset of resenting the persecution when I clarify the truth is an attachment I long ignored.

Whenever I met someone who was indifferent or didn’t listen to me, my voice got higher and louder, and I talked faster. The more the person didn’t accept what I said, the more I felt they were really hard to save. I always realized afterward that I should improve myself and look inward. I also understood what Master said, “If you cannot love your enemy, then you cannot reach Consummation.” (Teachings at the Conference in Australia) But it seemed that these were all superficial understandings, and I couldn’t find the root cause.

Today, I suddenly realized that because I didn’t see and get rid of this human mindset of “resenting the persecution” the field created by this mindset blocks people from being saved.

By quietly observing this attachment and unraveling it layer by layer, I find that it’s accompanied by the elements of “struggle” and “hatred” that come from Communist Party culture. These things make practitioners lose their compassion, hinder their cultivation and ability to clarify the truth, and block people from being saved. Even worse, it can lead to resentment toward people and things that don’t align with one’s own views. Looking inward, there are also many other attachments such as stubbornness, and ego. If we don’t take these attachments seriously, over time they can grow into dangerous problems.

By talking about my experience I hope that other practitioners who have the same attachment can eliminate it, so we can all make diligent progress together.
