I Only Want to Save More Lives

(Minghui.org) I am 74 years old and I have been illness-free since I started practicing Falun Gong in the winter of 1998.

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) began to persecute Falun Gong in July 1999. Out of fear, I dared not join group Fa study. I tried to read the Fa at home, but I had not finished elementary school so that I couldn’t read by myself. I became so anxious that I couldn’t eat or sleep. I lost weight and was depressed. My son and granddaughter took me to the park and supermarket, but I was still not happy at all. My illness came back, and my physical condition worsened.

One day, a fellow practitioner came to see me. Hearing about my situation, she offered to find a Fa study group for me. Since then, I was able to study the Fa with fellow practitioners, and I felt as if I was reborn. From then on, I went with other practitioners to clarify the truth and save people.

I often see people’s happiness after being saved, and their happiness can’t be described by mere words. Some people press their hands together in front of the chest to express their gratitude, and some people offer me fruit or fresh vegetables. Of course, there are also people who have been deceived and blinded by the CCP and they swore at or threatened me. I don’t care about them. I just focus on saving people.

I realized that Master had already paved the way for us to clarify the truth and save people. We just talk and run errands, and sentient beings are waiting for us to save them!

One day I initiated a talk with a man on the sidewalk. I said, “Can you read? I’ll give you a booklet to read.” He said, “What booklet?” “It’s for keeping safe.” I said.

A door opened and a young woman walked out. She heard our conversation and asked me with great interest, “Do you have a booklet for keeping safe?” I gave them truth-clarification pamphlets when telling them the truth and persuading them to quit the CCP. They happily took the pamphlets and readily agreed to quit the CCP, the Youth League, and the Young Pioneers organizations they had joined.

Another man came out of the door and immediately wanted a pamphlet too. I smiled and took out a pamphlet for him. He was happy as if he found a treasure. He made a Heshi gesture and thanked me repeatedly.

Once, I rode my bicycle to clarify the truth. When I was passing by a parked car, the driver opened the door which knocked me down. At that moment, my mind was very clear. I immediately thought: “I have Master’s protection, I am fine.” I got up by myself and picked up the bicycle.

The driver got out of the car. His was truly apologetic and greatly worried. He asked if I was injured and if I needed go to the hospital. I said, “No need. I have Master’s protection, so I’ll be fine. Our Master taught us to be good people. I won’t blame you.” The driver was moved and said, “I really met a good person today. It’s hard to find good people like you in today’s society.” I told him about Dafa and persuaded him to withdraw from the CCP. The driver agreed readily and thanked me repeatedly.
