Eliminating Persecution and Interference with Righteous Thoughts

(Minghui.org) On the path of Dafa cultivation, we all experience trials and tribulations. After facing several of these challenges, I believe the most important thing is to remain calm, recall Master’s Fa teachings, and strengthen our righteous thoughts. When our xinxing is up to par, Master will eliminate evil forces in other dimensions, and no one will dare to harm you.

I want to share some of my stories to validate Dafa.

Master Sent a Taxi to Take His Disciple Home in the Dark Night

One summer evening in 2008, the year China hosted the Olympic Games, my daughter and I gathered some truth-clarification pamphlets and stickers before taking a taxi to a rural village. Upon arrival, we went from house to house distributing the pamphlets and placing stickers with the phrases “Falun Dafa is good” and “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good” on utility poles and trees.

About halfway along our walk, a man emerged from his yard as we passed by, his gaze lingering on us. I felt a surge of nervousness. Being unfamiliar with the village and surrounded by darkness, I couldn’t see what the road ahead looked like. We hadn’t gone very far when we discovered that the road ahead was completely flooded. Without hesitation, I picked up my daughter and carefully waded forward step by step.

Finally, we made it through the water. I had just put my daughter down and was taking a deep breath when, out of nowhere, several people rode up on electric bikes with their headlights shining brightly and stopped directly in front of us—five or six in total.

I was still catching my breath when I heard a man shout, “What are you doing?” I chose not to answer him, suspecting it might be the same man we had encountered earlier. He probably assumed we were outsiders—after all why would anyone from the village venture into the water?

Just then, a sentence from Master’s teaching flashed into my mind:

When I thought of Master and the Fa, an unexpected courage filled me, instantly dispelling my fear. I glanced at my daughter, and she was already clarifying the truth to the people surrounding her.

I smiled at the man shouting at us and calmly began explaining the truth about Falun Gong to him and the others around us. The wisdom in my mind flowed like a clear stream, and they listened quietly.

A woman suddenly approached me and asked, “Aren’t you the teacher?” Since the village children attend our school every day, she had likely seen me before and recognized me. I replied with conviction, “It’s precisely because you are my fellow villagers that I’m eager for you to learn the truth about Falun Dafa and avoid the great calamity. May all the villagers stay safe. That’s why I took the risk of taking a taxi here in the middle of the night.”

It turned out that the man who had been shouting at us was the village secretary. He said to me, “Don’t you believe me? I’ll call the police, you’ll lose your job, and be sent to prison. This is the Olympics year.”

I wasn’t swayed. I continued, “There aren’t many officials like you who are so dedicated to the people. Even in the middle of the night, you’re out patrolling with your men to ensure the safety of your village. You’re a good one! Good people will be rewarded.”

Throughout this unexpected incident, my daughter and I explained the truth about Dafa to them, wholeheartedly hoping that those people present would quickly understand the truth and be saved. I sensed that there was a great battle between good and evil occurring in other dimensions at that very moment. Recognizing that our xinxing had reached the necessary level, I believe that Master intervened on our behalf, destroying the evil that was manipulating people and resolving this tribulation for his disciples.

The secretary said, “Put these things down and leave.” I smiled and replied, “Take them back and look at them carefully. Everything will become clear.” The woman asked me, “It’s so late, how are you going to get home?” I said, “We’ll take a taxi if we find one, and if we don’t, we’ll walk back.”

My daughter and I walked toward the highway. Just as we reached the road, a three-wheeled motorcycle taxi pulled up in front of us. A man got off the motorcycle. What a coincidence! The timing was perfect. I thought to myself, “Master must have sent this vehicle to take us home. Thank you, Master!”

Along the way, we clarified the truth to the driver. Realizing our sincerity, he drove us all the way to our building. As we got out, he said to us, “It’s okay now. Just be careful in the future.” I was puzzled, as he didn’t know what had just happened. I thought, “This might be Master comforting us though this driver’s words.”

Back home, replaying the events in my mind, I was still a bit scared. The evil Party was arresting people nationwide to “maintain stability” for the Olympics. If we had shown the slightest hint of fear or hesitation at that moment, the outcome might have been drastically different.

Resisting Persecution with Righteous Thoughts

One morning several years ago, my sister-in-law called and informed me that the local police wanted me to go to the station. Initially, I felt a little uneasy, but I quickly calmed down and decided not to go, thinking that I would go to work as usual. After a day at work, no one came looking for me, nor did anyone call.

Two or three days later, around noon, the principal approached me on the playground and said, “The police station called and asked you to go and register for a blood test.” I replied, “I won’t go.”

I had already clarified the truth to him before. As a Party member, he was stubborn and unyielding. So I said to him, “No one in history has ever succeeded in destroying a righteous faith.” The principal didn’t say anything else and went back to his office.

The next day, two high-ranking officials came to the school to find me (perhaps the police station had put pressure on them). They were very rude, insisting I cooperate, saying that everyone would eventually have to register and have their blood taken, and that I should just go ahead and do it first. They assured me that nothing would happen.

I sternly told the two of them, “I know that only criminals have their blood tested. I am a lawful citizen. I will not have my blood drawn.” Seeing my resolute attitude, they said nothing and left. No one came to bother me again in the days that followed. This was another battle between good and evil. I realized that in critical moments, one must maintain righteous thoughts, and only then can Master protect you.

I remember one time, I was teaching a class when the Party secretary of my registered village showed up and told me that the city was holding a study class (at a brainwashing center) and wanted me to go. I sternly told him, “I won’t go.” I explained that Falun Dafa teaches people to be good people according to the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, and that Dafa practitioners were being wronged. I explained how the Communist Party’s previous campaigns persecuted only good people.

I recited Master’s Fa to him:

“The Fa-rectification moves through the world, the grand manifestation of Gods and Buddhas unfolds, and all of the chaotic world’s unrighted wrongs and karmic relationships are settled with benevolent solutions. The ones who do evil against Dafa go down into the gate of no-life. As for all others, their hearts are restored to their proper state and they cherish virtue and do good, all of creation is renewed, and every single sentient being reveres Dafa for its saving grace. All of the heavens and the earth celebrate together, congratulate each other, and exalt together. Dafa’s most glorious period in the human world begins at this time.” (Foretelling the Fa’s Rectification of the Human World, The Essentials of Diligent Progress II)

He listened attentively as I finished reciting, then left. Perhaps Master’s teachings had shaken him to his core. I didn’t know how he responded to his superiors. I believe he did not participate in the persecution any more and chose to protect practitioners. This person is sure to have a bright future.
