With exercise demonstrations, lively drumming, and colorful banners, Falun Dafa practitioners have brought joy and delight to the Evanston Independence Day Parade every year since 2001.
“I like the energy they radiate, which is peaceful, positive, and supportive of each other. They bring this energy to the community, which I think is great,” said one spectator.
Many visitors wanted to learn the Dafa exercises and remarked on the amazing energy they felt. People also signed a petition condemning the ongoing persecution of Falun Dafa in China.
